What We Clean

Our end of tenancy cleaning checklist includes:

Bedrooms:

• Wipe down doors and on top of doors

• Wipe down skirting boards all wooden furniture carefully of dust

• Wash windowsills and ledges

• Clean interior/exterior cupboards / wardrobes

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean coving, picture rail, cornice / curtain rails

• Clean & polish mirrors, pictures

• Clean plugs, sockets, light switches & fittings, lamp shades

• Clean fireplace surround and radiators

• Clean behind and under furniture

• Vacuum upholstery

• Vacuum and mop hard floors

Kitchens:

• Clean and polish all kitchen cupboards and drawers interior/exterior

• Clean interior/exterior refrigerator & freezer (if defrosted in advance)

• Clean microwave interior/exterior

• Clean all crockery & cutlery

• Clean all sides of washing machine soap drawer and filters

• Clean dishwasher interior/exterior and remove limescale

• Clean and degrease interior/exterior of oven (Additional £60)

• Clean and polish hob & grill

• Clean/degrease and polish extractor fan/filters

• Clean and polish wall tiles

• Clean exterior of all kitchen appliances e.g. kettle, toaster, etc.

• Clean kitchen countertops

• Remove limescale and polish sink / shine taps

• Clean windowsills / window ledges

• Wipe all woodwork (doors, door frames, skirting boards)

• Wipe down radiators

• Polish plugs, light switches

• Vacuum and wash hard floors

Bathrooms & Toilets:

• Clean bathtub removing limescale

• Wash/ de-scale shower cabinet / vanity units / screen interior/exterior

• Clean and disinfect toilet interior/exterior

• Wash de-scale sink / shine taps

• Wash down tiles

• Clean & polish mirrors

• Wipe cupboards/shelving/ surfaces and polish stainless steel

• Clean windowsills/ window ledges

• Wipe down door/ frames/ skirting boards

• Wipe clean/shine towel rail

• Clean free of dust extractor fan

Reception rooms:

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean and polish mirrors and picture frames

• Clean windowsills, ledges and interior windows

• Wipe down doors and clean on top of doors

• Clean light switches & fittings, lamp shades, plugs, sockets

• Clean inside, behind and on top of cupboards and furnishings

• Clean behind and under furniture

• Dust and polish all surfaces

• Upholstery vacuumed, cushions moved and cleaned underneath

• Vacuum and mop hard floors

Entrance Halls & Hallways:

• Remove cobwebs

• Clean cornice / curtain rails

• Clean / polish mirrors

• Clean / polish windowsills, ledges and interior windows

• Upholstery vacuumed, cushions moved and cleaned below

• Wipe all skirting boards and wood works of dust
